My name is Lana Fields-Deaton and I was born and raised in East Tennessee. After practicing Dental Hygiene for 26 years, I decided to pursue my passion for fitness in hopes of inspiring women and men of all ages. Fitness has always been a part of my life but after recovering from Breast Cancer in 2008, my body and mind were in need of healing. I slowly started back to the gym and fell in love with bodybuilding. That love soon fueled a desire to really push my body to its limit and I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in 2018. In 2021, I earned my OCB Pro card in the master's division. Strong Will Fitness was brought to life not long afterward and its namesake is from my Dad, William, who instilled in me the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I cannot think of anything more rewarding than helping people find balance in their lives and achieve health. We need a lifestyle that does not restrict us 100% of the time but allows room for the things we love and enjoy. I have seen firsthand how strong will produces a strong mind which leads to a strong body! I look so forward to helping my clients reduce stress, lose weight, increase their confidence and find true love for their minds and bodies!
