12-Week Get Fit For Life
online Signature Program

My Signature 12-week program is designed to help driven women lose weight, improve overall health, and feel confident while staying fit for life! I will build a customized program based around the client’s specific goals and fitness level from beginner to advanced. There’s not a “one size fits all” fitness plan and I understand that completely. Each week of the program is designed to build on the previous week and provide you with a wealth of knowledge.

Included with the 12 Week online Program:

  • New workout programs every 4-6 weeks. Plans are based on working out at home, at a gym or a hybrid of both.

  • 24/7 via text/email. with a 24-hour response time.

  • Weekly check-in with audio feedback. Each week I will evaluate your progress from the prior week and send audio feedback to help keep you focused and on track with your journey.

  • Once monthly group coaching Zoom Call. Where all clients are encouraged to join the call. Each call will contain evidence-based education followed with Q&A’s. It’s a great way to connect with me, your coach, and get to know the other women in the program.

  • Accountability. I do have expectations for my clients and will act as a mirror to offer feedback, but also be your biggest cheerleader.

  • Macro-flex-based nutrition. Learn what Macros are all about and how to track them so that you can have more variety in your diet. NO RESTRICTED FOODS WITH THIS PLAN!

  • Workout video tutorials. I will make sure that you have videos of all exercises and offer feedback on any videos that you send to me. This is how I’ll make sure that you are using proper form and tweak any movements.

  • Private Facebook Community. This is a great way to connect and share with other women in the program.

  • Education based. Learn the "Why's" of fitness and health. I want you to understand every aspect of your health

GET STRONGER

Maintenance PROGRAM

Once you have completed the 12-week Signature Program, you will be offered a spot to continue with your journey through my GET STRONGER Maintenance Program. You will continue to have customized monthly workout plans, macros, zoom group coaching call 1x a month, and support at a discounted rate compared to the 12-week Signature Program.

Included with Maintenance Program:
